On 30 April 2026, the Ubon Ratchathani Industrial Estate officially held a ceremonial blessing for the project site to mark an auspicious beginning for the development of the “New Industrial Hub of Northeastern Thailand,” under the supervision of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT).
The project spans more than 1,700 rai and is currently undergoing infrastructure development to support future industrial investment. Key advantages of the estate include abundant water resources, a stable electricity supply, and access to a skilled workforce.
Strategically located with connectivity to Laos, Vietnam, and Southern China, the project is well-positioned to become a new gateway for economic growth and investment in the ASEAN region.
